Course: Ashlar Golf Club, Springfield Ave, Blacktown

Time: 12:00 pm

Green Fee: $24 per player ($17 with Golf Guide and 2 for 1 with Teamfore)

Golf Carts: Two booked at $30 each

Dinner: 7:00 pm at Excellent Chinese Restaurant, Carlingford Court

Deadline for Registration: Latest by 12:00 noon Wednesday (December 8); late registration will not be entertained
