Green Fee: $35 per person (2 for 1 with Golf Guide)
Golf Carts: Two booked at 40 each
Special Note: Gordon*, Alan*, Jackson*, Philip*, Ed, CK, Ben, Kelvin and Michael can play for free with the rain check credit (*with cart).
Dinner: Please note change of venue. 7:00 pm at Shanghai Stories 1938 (上海年華) at Shop#4 & 6, The Concourse (formerly known as Chatswood's Civic Place), Chatswood.
Deadline for Registration: Latest by 12:00 noon Wednesday (November 2); late registration will not be entertained.
