Green Fee: $32 per player ($40 per player 2 for 1 with Teamfore or Golf Guide)
Golf Cart: 2 booked at $40 each
Dinner: 6:30 pm at Ah Yuen Seafood Restaurant, Beverly Hills (Venue changed to Rhodes Phoenix, Rhodes Shopping Centre)
Deadline for Registration: Latest by 12:00 noon Wednesday (May 22); late registration will not be entertained.
