Course: Asquith Golf Club

Time: 12:00 noon

Green Fee: $100 for four players with drinks and $10 off cart hire (Crazy Golf voucher holders only)

Golf Cart: 4 booked at $35 each (discounted rate)

Annual Dinner: 7:00 pm at Fook Yuen Chinese Restaurant, Chatswood (Note venue change)

Deadline for Registration: Latest by 12:00 noon Wednesday (October 18); late registration will not be entertained.
