Course: Fox Hills Golf Club, 55 Fox Hills Crescent, Prospect 2148

Time: 12:00 noon

Green Fee: $30 per player; ($25 for senior)

Golf Cart: 2 booked at $32 each but not guaranteed

Dinner: 6:30 pm at Canto (粤棧) Restaurant, Carlingford Village

Deadline for Registration: Latest by 10:00 pm Tuesday (May 17); late registration will not be entertained.
